I have worked in mental health for over twenty years while raising my three children, balancing the needs of myself, my job, and my caretaking responsibilities daily.

As a dedicated advocate for smart mental health care delivery systems, I have incorporated innovative techniques to provide comprehensive care for underserved and under-engaged communities. By merging technology with a compassionate practice of medicine, I strive to deliver empathetic care that is kind, low-cost, and highly effective. Driven by a deep-rooted passion for helping elite athletes, I have acquired certifications in Athlete Mental Health from the American Academy of Athlete Mental Health of which I am on the Board. Additionally, I am a Fellow of the International Society of Sports Psychiatry and a member of the American College of Sports Medicine.
